Scene One
Four Men Down

He spoke into the handheld recording device with elbows propped against the armrest. Tommy's uniform was poorly presented, and his breaths were long and drawn out. "I was hoping a day like this would never come." He paused for a second. "In our operation to stop a band of Time Force criminals, the Monarch Dominion, from invading another universe, we've suffered some heavy casualties." Tommy Oliver looked over to his viewing screen that displayed a much trampled Cassie Chan. All the equipment she was hooked up to just to sustain her breathing was nauseating. "We failed to stop the evil from crossing over. And now natives from this other universe, the Roarke Universe, along with fellow Rangers have fallen prey to the onslaught presented by the Dominion, and the planet of Oa has collapsed into their control. They're now moving towards Kree-Skrull, a war-torn planet that's currently in neutral status. And now our own navigations have failed us. Our ship took damage upon intercepting the Dominion on Oa. Now it's just a shipwreck until the navigations can be restored."

"Our established crew has been actively reduced by six members. Three of them, Cole Evans, Alyssa Enrile and the Phantom Ranger have been captured by a rogue group calling themselves Psycho Slayers; a cybernetic race based off earlier technology from Psycho Rangers that some of my comrades have encountered before. But one of our members paid the ultimate price for his efforts in stopping this evil. Theodore J. Jarvis Johnson sacrificed his life to save us."

"Andros left to infiltrate Serpentara mark II before the battle on Oa. We've not heard from him in a while, and I personally fear the worst has happened. Meanwhile, Cassie's recovery still looks grim. She helped us gain access to Oa's Power Battery, but the Dominion had already claimed it."

"The remaining crew, Taylor Earhardt, Hunter Bradley, Ashley Hammond, Justin Stewart, Cameron Watanabe and I have no choice but to rescue our friends, stop the Dominion and return home before everything is lost."

"Solarzord log, Ryan Mitchell. We've left Goldar behind on Oa in pursuit of rejoining Zedd over a territory named Kree-Skrull. Diabolico, Ransik, the captured forces and I will then wait for his next command. The Solarzord is in full operational status and will reach Serpentara soon before the other vessels." The zord soared over the Enterprise.

The ship shook a little but at that point to those on the Enterprise-FS, it was just a minor annoyance. "What was that?" asked a depressed Andrew Kelly from his center chair on the destroyed Enterprise Bridge.

"I'm not sure, an asteroid or something?"

"Right. The ship's blind." Andrew sighed heavily as he got up from his chair and walked to the bridge's far left side. There was a door opened to Andrew's office. Like the rest of the ship, it was damaged in the attack. A support beam had broken off and fallen out his glass desk, shattering it into tiny pieces. Andrew took off his black coat and threw it on a nearby chair. He walked away from the door, causing it to close and moved over to a couch. Clearing debris off, he laid on it. "Computer?"

Andrew listened as the room's speakers made crackling noises before they exploded. He looked at floor, saddened by this development, when he saw an electronic notebook near him. He picked it up and turned it on. He could see his reflection in the screen. The man staring back at him had a five o'clock shadow and his face carried a sad expression.

He activated the pad and got it to allow him to do a daily log. According to some of his crew, doing a private log was somehow therapeutic. "Captain's log, supplemental, September 16, 2076," said Andrew into the pad. "Our situation is dire. Out of the thirteen Leaguers, including myself, that made the journey to Oa, only seven remain. Out of those other six, two, Fire and Ice, are dead. Wonder Woman has joined the enemy, as has GL but we captured him. He is also in the same dire medical situation as Booster and J'onn. Holiday beat GL all to hell. Booster's got massive internal bleeding from an attack by Diana and J'onn is in a coma from a massive overload of his advanced mind. Jack was also injured by various attacks, but as soon as we reach the yellow sun of Kree-Skrull, he should be fine."

"As for my crew and ship, it is no better. Nearly half this ship's crew is dead. The ship itself is basically blind, since all the sensors and communications systems were damaged, mostly beyond repair. The only reason we are able to continue on, is that the helmsman already had the course set in before the Javelin-7's destruction, over the Oan atmosphere, damned those systems. The ship's weapons and shields are still down thanks to the battle against the Dragon ship also called Serpentara."

"If only we could repair our vessel and reinforce the League, I believe we can push back these invaders and save the universe. End log."

The salmon-colored Kree-Skrull reflected in Emperor Zedd's dark visor. "Very soon, justice will find all of my enemies. Ranger or not, they will all cower before the name of Zedd, and the glory of Unagi's downfall." His fleshy body began illuminating a crimson shade.
